For three days, Bolesławiec and Kliczków hosted a Scientific and Technical Conference on the use of natural resources in our region. The conference was held under the patronage of the Minister of the Economy, the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the President of the Association of Polish Municipalities of the Nysa Euroregion.
The conference was organized by the Municipality of Bolesławiec in cooperation with AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and Bolesławiec County. The conference was organized, among other reasons, to establish a system of cooperation between enterprises, scientific and research institutions, and local government in order to use the natural resources of the cross-border area more effectively, increase the number of jobs by developing its economic and scientific potential, and implement innovative technologies.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from ERDF funds under the Community Initiative Interreg III A Free State of Saxony – Republic of Poland (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) in the Nysa Euroregion and from the state budget.
