The theme of this year’s CYRKUS in summer/im Sommer holiday project is film and television. The children and young people from Poland and Germany taking part will present, among other things, juggling, balancing (walking on balls, hula hoops and more), acrobatics, and film music of their own composition.
The performance on the bridge between Zgorzelec and Görlitz is the traditional culmination of the CYRKUS in summer/im Sommer project. This bilateral circus week during the school holidays was first organised in 2007 by the association KulturBrücken Görlitz e.V./Mosty Kultur Zgorzelec. Around 50 participants from Germany and Poland spend it together in Görlitz-Klingewalde.
