CNC turning
operator/setter (m/f)
Tasks:
- Operating and setting CNC automatic lathes
- Working with technical drawings
- Tool changes / corrections
- Quality control (measurements with manual measuring instruments, contour measuring machine, roughness tester, projector, shaft measurements, SPC measurements)
CNC grinding
operator/setter (m/f)
Tasks:
- Operating and setting CNC grinders (through-feed grinding)
- Working with technical drawings
- Tool changes / corrections
- Quality control (measurements with manual measuring instruments, roughness tester, shaft measurements, SPC measurements)
Required qualifications for the CNC setter/operator position:
- Experience with lathes and/or grinders
- CNC; reading technical drawings
- Experience with measuring instruments
- Willingness to work shifts
Production employee –
inspection and shipping (m/f)
Tasks:
- Visual inspection of turned components
- Manual processing (file work, deburring, etc.)
- Assembly work
- Inspection and measurements using hand-held instruments
- Packing, labelling goods, shipping
Required qualifications for the production employee position:
- Experience in final inspection / quality control as well as shipping and packing; willingness to work shifts
