The incident occurred on 1 July on provincial road no. 350 near Parowa. At around 5:00 p.m., the driver of a Seat, a 25-year-old resident of Wrocław, lost control of the car, left the road and hit a tree. As a result of the collision, the passenger, a 34-year-old resident of Gmina Osiecznica, was injured. The man, who suffered injuries to his arm and spine, was taken to hospital.
Both the driver and the passenger were wearing seat belts. The driver was sober. The case will be decided in court. The 25-year-old’s driving licence was revoked.
