As part of “A Fairytale Summer at Forum Cinema,” our viewers will have the opportunity to catch up on films they have missed or watch their favorite films on the big screen once again. Our series will feature eight titles.

  • Saturday, July 4, “Gnomeo & Juliet”. This is a hilarious retelling of the most famous romance of all time, transferred this time to the least likely setting: the world of garden gnomes. The Polish-language version features audience favorites Maciej Stuhr, Natasza Urbańska, Piotr Adamczyk, Borys Szyc, Cezary Pazura, Piotr Fronczewski and Anna Seniu.
  • Saturday, July 11, “Disco Worms”. An animated comedy for the whole family, set to the greatest disco hits of the 1970s. Bogdan and his grooving Disco Worms—Gocha, Tytus, Nerwal and Forewoman Danuta—will do everything to prove to the judges and the whole world that earthworms are hot and that no worm can be beaten.
  • Saturday, July 18, “Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast”. This time, Tinker Bell and her friends will encounter a mysterious beast from Neverland.
  • Saturday, July 25, “Planes: Fire & Rescue”, the second installment in Disney’s animated film series. After an engine failure, Dusty has to give up competing in aerial races. However, known for his great courage and tremendous fighting spirit, the aircraft does not give up and decides to join the aerial firefighting forces.
  • Saturday, August 1, “Frozen”, the highest-grossing animated film in cinema history and the highest-grossing film of 2013. It won two Oscars: for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Let It Go.”
  • Saturday, August 8, “A Turtle’s Tale 2: Sammy’s Escape from Paradise”. In the second part of Sammy’s adventures, he ends up in a luxury oceanarium, where he is an attraction for tourists. The turtle plans an escape. The success of the daring operation depends, however, on the help of a seahorse who rules the coral fauna and has the disproportionate nickname Big Boss, as well as the support of a highly capricious yet dependable team of penguins.
  • Sunday, August 16, “The Little Knight Trenk. Dragon Slayer” is a German animated film about the kingdom of Wackerdorf’s funniest and unluckiest knight and his adventures.
  • Saturday, August 29, “Khumba”. A zebra without stripes, Khumba sets out in search of a magical spring where, according to legend, the first zebras acquired their distinctive markings.
