The car had been stolen in Munich two days earlier. The 33-year-old Polish driver was under the influence of narcotic substances. He was arrested.
After carrying out preliminary procedures and consulting the prosecutor, the border guards handed over both the suspect and the vehicle to the Zgorzelec police officers. The value of the recovered car is approximately PLN 450,000.
