Congratulations on the proposals for regional and seasonal dishes, which differ from the traditional foods Poles are accustomed to, such as pork cutlet, chicken or pizza – said Robert Sowa, master chef, cookbook author and head of the Sowa & Przyjaciele restaurant, which the whole of Poland heard about last June (the wiretapping scandal).

Under the supervision of experienced restaurateurs, the young chefs prepared delicious, truly exclusive dishes that the best in the industry would not have been ashamed of: cod in cucumber-and-dill sauce, served with sprouts; duck with caramelized pears; and pork cheeks with red and green lentils. – For the children, this is an extraordinary lesson in good cooking and an inspiring experience – the teachers emphasized.
