The performance took place as part of the “Theatre Education for Preschoolers” program run by BOK-MCC at the “Orzeł” Cultural Integration Centre.

The musical puppet show “Toothache” was interspersed with engaging songs and gags that surprised the children. The actors portrayed various characters, while puppets and masks helped them emphasise the personality types of the individual protagonists. The lively, humorous story proved that sometimes it is not worth being stubborn, as this can cause many problems.

The “Theatre Education for Preschoolers” program has been running since October 2014. The oldest preschool groups registered for the program take part in theatre workshops. The program was created to prepare young audiences to engage with culture and acquire knowledge related to the stage and performance. The sessions introduce elements of acting; children learn about the artistic means of expression used in theatre and develop dramatic skills through creative activities.
