The Customer Service Office is located at market-square level. During the adaptation of the premises, architectural barriers were removed and a passenger lift was installed, making the Town Hall accessible to people with disabilities, including wheelchair users. The adaptation enables people with disabilities to handle official matters in person and reach most rooms in the Town Hall.
The Customer Service Office houses:
- a registry office
- a data-entry point for the elDok system
- the Taxes and Fees Department
- a PKO agency.
The Customer Service Office serves clients from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, and on other working days – from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m..
