The patron saint of metallurgists, firefighters and chimney sweeps is Saint Florian. At KGHM, the Central Metallurgist’s Day celebrations are scheduled for 7 May (a ceremony presenting state decorations and anniversary awards). The same day will also feature the Central Metallurgical Beer Feast and the Women’s Gathering.
On Saturday, KGHM invites you at 7:00 p.m. to Legnica’s Market Square, where, as part of the Metallurgist’s Day celebrations, Teatr Buffo artists will perform a special programme, led by Natasza Urbańska and Janusz Józefowicz. Admission is free. However, please note that some seats are reserved for invited guests.
