Let’s meet in the park
- 1:00 p.m. – Concert Shell – “May Concert”: performances by the Children’s and Youth Legnica Brass Band of LCK, the “Legnica” Song and Dance Ensemble, the “Kyczera” Song and Dance Ensemble, performers from MCK, the FAME Artistic Studio, the “Złote Dzieci” Ensemble and the Song Studio of SDK “Kopernik”.
- 4:00 p.m. – Kozi Staw/Wenecja Restaurant – “The Charm of Old Legnica”. “Ladies and Gentlemen of the Academy of Knights” – a performance of historical dances; the CAPITOL String Quartet – well-known and popular melodies from years ago; artistic performances by Legnica’s senior citizens: “Where Have Those Parties Gone?” – a dance party in the style of the 1970s. “Let the World Drown in Flowers” – a competition for florists and all Legnica residents for the most beautiful white-and-red floral arrangement.

2 May (Saturday)
Flag Day
- 11:00 a.m. – Market Square – “Discover the City’s History!” – a family walk with a guide; “My Own Coat of Arms” – an art workshop for children.
- 2:00 p.m. – Market Square – “Lucek and Pucek” – a performance for the youngest children by Teatr AVATAR; an open-air graphic arts workshop by Grzegorz Fijałkowski.
- 3:30 p.m. – Market Square – “Scenes from Napoleonic Times” – a historical re-enactment,
FINALE of “Let’s Unfurl the Flag” – activities involving residents and a commemorative group photograph of Legnica residents.
3 May (Sunday)
Celebrate 3 May in the Market Square
- 3:00 p.m. – Market Square – “Legnica Polonaise”, with the participation of, among others, the “Legnica” Song and Dance Ensemble, the “Madrygał” Choir, Teatr AVATAR and Legnica residents; artistic and creative activities for children.
- 4:30 p.m. – Market Square, stage – “An Operetta Joke” – the most beautiful arias from operettas and musicals performed by artists from Wrocław stages: Wiesława Wawrzyniak (soprano), Dorota Ujda-Jankiewicz (soprano), Andrzej Jankiewicz (tenor), Mirosław Owczarek (baritone), Dariusz Smerdak (piano); FINALE of “The 3 May Songbook” – communal singing of patriotic songs.
For recreation enthusiasts:
- 11:00 a.m. – May Day Bike Ride to Three Lakes (Legnica–Ziemnice–Grzybiany–Rosochata–Jaśkowice–Kunice), starting outside the OSiR headquarters, 7 NMP Street (details at OSiR).
