The exercise aimed to verify the readiness of the Command Post (CP) of the rocket artillery squadron to plan and organize combat operations. In addition to the rocket artillery personnel, operational groups from the self-propelled artillery squadron, logistics battalion and command post command took part in the training, while the regimental staff personnel served as the exercise leadership.

On 21 April, the exercise was opened by the commander of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment, Colonel Paweł Świtalski, who highlighted its main objectives and the key issues scheduled for the participants to address. Then, after discussing safety conditions, the regiment’s deputy commander and exercise director, Lieutenant Colonel Tomasz Lisiecki, issued the initial situation to the commanders of the participating subunits. Over the next three days of intensive work, the artillery personnel solved tactical problems arising from the situation and prepared planning and orders documents, improving their individual and team skills at their assigned posts.

The elements assessed by the exercise leadership included the command process and decision-making cycle, including the conduct of information and coordination briefings, assigning tasks to subordinates, and checking their understanding of the tasks through synchronization, during which personnel presented the courses of action they had developed.

The final element of the exercise was a field reconnaissance, during which the areas for deploying command posts, the areas where subunits would be located, and the routes for movement and maneuver were verified and specified in greater detail.

The exercise concluded with a preliminary review on 23 April. In the assessment of the leadership, the participants demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill in addressing the tactical problems under consideration, as well as good familiarity with the applicable procedures and instructions. The three-day exercise was one of the elements of preparations for participation in the tactical exercise with troops conducted by the commander of the 11th Armoured Cavalry Division, codenamed Borsuk-15.
