The concert repertoire will include works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Gioacchino Rossini, polonaises by Michał Kazimierz Ogiński, and fiery tangos by Astor Piazzolla. The concert will take place in the MDK foyer, where, in addition to the extraordinary setting, the remarkable acoustics enhance the musical experience.
Andrey Fesenko and Alexander Burdyug are graduates of the Prokofiev Academy of Music in Donetsk, winners of numerous international competitions, and teachers of bayan (button accordion) and accordion.
Both artists have already performed in our city, in May 2013, and received an extremely warm welcome from the Zgorzelec audience. We are convinced that it will be the same this time.
Janusz Pawul, MDK Zgorzelec
