The ceremony took place in front of the school building, near two oaks planted in 2010. The Memorial Oak was planted to honor a Katyn-list victim, Franciszek Zadroga, an aspirant in the State Police who was murdered in Tver. The second oak was planted to commemorate the 96 victims of the Smolensk disaster.
