Four members of the Youth Fire Brigade Team operating at the Nowogrodziec Volunteer Fire Brigade (Weronika Junak, Marta Nowacka, Kamil Malinowski and Andrzej Rutyna) took part in the district-level qualifiers of the National Fire Safety Knowledge Tournament, held on 30 March at ZSM in Bolesławiec.
All four performed very well. The greatest successes were achieved by Weronika Junak, who came second in the upper-secondary school category, and Andrzej Rutyna, who won the middle school category and will represent our district in the provincial stage (on 17 April in Ruda Śląska).
