World Theatre Day falls on 27 March (the celebration was established to commemorate the date of the opening of the Theatre of Nations on 27 March 1957 in Paris); for us, it is an opportunity to sum up the theatrical quarter at Forum.
From January to March 2015, 25 performances were held in the Forum hall at BOK-MCC and attended by more than 9,500 viewers. It was almost a theatrical marathon of educational performances for primary, lower-secondary and upper-secondary school students, as well as preschoolers. In recent weeks, our Centre hosted actors from Jeleniogórski Teatr Animacji, Katolicki Teatr Edukacji from Kraków, Wrocławski Teatr Muzyczny T-ART, Teatr Artenes, Narodowy Teatr Edukacji, Teatr Polski from Wrocław, and actors from theatrical and artistic agencies, who took the audience into a world of imagination in the performances: "Królewski Wróbel", "Tajemnicza Księga Przygód", "Jak stworzyć świat fantasy", "Alicja w zaczarowanej krainie", "W tajemniczym ogrodzie", "Alladyn", "Rudzielec", "Balladyna", "Mistrzowie renesansu", "Bajki z 4 stron świata", "Balladyna", "Zbrodnia i Kara", "Ten Obcy", "Plastusiowy pamiętnik", "Tango", "Rumcajs", "Hobbit", "Wspomnienia Narkomanki".
On the occasion of World Theatre Day, we wish all creators connected with the stage and everyone who loves theatre many moving theatrical experiences, and we thank them for the many artistic impressions they provide during performances staged at Forum.
