On 24 February 2015, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the city surveillance operator observed four young men drinking alcohol in central Bolesławiec. A Municipal Police patrol was dispatched to the scene. The men were issued penalty fines.

The following day, officers from the Criminal Division asked the Municipal Police to provide the surveillance footage. While reviewing the recording, which covered a kiosk on Kościelna Street, the Municipal Police duty officer recognized at the location the same individuals whom municipal police officers had intervened with the previous day. The footage was handed over to police officers together with the full details of the penalized individuals, who, as it turned out, were responsible for disorderly conduct in Bolesławiec.

On 5 March 2015, a surveillance camera recorded a passenger vehicle driving into the skatepark fence, damaging the mesh fencing and a post. The car was pushed onto the road and the driver left the scene. The case is being handled by the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters.

During the night of 7–8 March this year, the city surveillance operator noticed two men on Prusa Street, one of whom was drinking alcohol. The men were heading towards Zgorzelecka Street. A patrol was dispatched to the scene. During further observation, it was noticed that the man was urinating in the municipal flowerbeds. The patrol took action against him, concluding the matter with a penalty procedure.

On 9 March 2015, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the city surveillance operator observed a group of people near the wall in front of the shops on Asnyka Street, one of whom was drinking alcohol. A Municipal Police patrol was dispatched to the scene. The man who was drinking alcohol was issued a penalty fine.
