Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of the association “SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATION OF LOCAL INITIATIVES”, based in Bolesławiec, we have the honor of approaching you with a proposal to cooperate in organizing the 2nd Bolesławiec MOTO SHOW. We are seeking financial support to increase the reach of our event. In this way, you can provide extensive advertising for your company while making an excellent contribution to the development of motorsports in our region.
Sponsorship and advertising through motorsports are currently among the best ways to promote a company or product on the market. They are increasingly outperforming traditional forms of advertising, which customers are beginning to perceive as overly intrusive. Many renowned companies are starting to view sports sponsorship as an effective way to increase brand awareness and create an appropriate image for their company.
We also appeal to private individuals, encouraging them to make donations of any amount to the Association's account. Thanks to your donations, as well as financial assistance from the Starosty Office and the Bolesławiec City Office, we will be able to invite such prominent motorsports personalities as Krzysztof Hołowczyc, motorcycle stunt champion Hubert Raptowny, Michał Kościuszko and other well-known and popular athletes to this year's MOTO SHOW.
Thanks to your support, admission to the event will be free. We guarantee unforgettable experiences and the opportunity to meet and talk with outstanding athletes who will come especially for you.
In return for your financial support of our initiative, we can offer you:
· Placement of your company's name or logo on the event poster
· Placement of leaflets, banners and other advertising materials provided by you at the event venue
· Other forms of promotion and advertising proposed by you.We will begin this year's 2nd Bolesławiec MOTO SHOW on May 31, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. with a grand motorcycle parade through our city.
For further questions, please contact us by telephone: (75) 732-22-55.
Yours faithfully,
