By 15 February we settle the first installment of the transport tax. The first installment of the property and agricultural tax must be paid by 15 March. Waste fees are also paid at the same time. The fee for perpetual usufruct and dog ownership must be paid by 31 March.

For several years now, the city has been responding to residents' needs by offering many places where municipal dues can be paid. It is very important that customers incur no additional charges at these points. The municipality has assumed the entire commission cost. Last year alone, this amounted to almost PLN 46,000.

Legnica taxpayers can pay personal property and agricultural tax without additional costs:

  • at the cashier's office of the Legnica Municipal Office (Town Hall, pl. Słowiański 8)
  • at the Municipal Police headquarters at aleja Rzeczypospolitej 3
  • at the Knights' Academy, ul. Chojnowska 2
  • at Cooperative Bank branches at ul. Wjazdowa 2, ul. Tadeusza Gumińskiego 2/1, ul. Pątnowska 50, ul. NMP 3 (Tax Office)
  • at all post offices in Legnica
  • to the individual bank account stated in the decision, or, if there is none, to bank account no. 32 1240 1473 1111 0010 4343 3697.

Transport tax can be paid without a commission:

Stamp duty can be paid without a commission:

Fees for perpetual usufruct of land

They must be paid without prior notice to the cashier's office of the Legnica Municipal Office, at the Knights' Academy, ul. Chojnowska 2, or to the account of the Legnica Municipal Office no.:
