On 19 January, the winter holidays began in Lower Silesia. On this occasion, PGE Turów Zgorzelec has prepared a special offer for its young fans. At the games against Telenet Oostende and Jezioro Tarnobrzeg, a Supporters’ School will be set up at PGE Turów Arena.
The winter holidays are a time when children can take a break from the demands of school and give themselves a chance to develop and explore their passions. During this break from school, the Polish basketball champions will play two games at home, and we want to invite as many young club supporters as possible to actively support PGE Turów.
On Wednesday, 21 January, at 7:00 p.m., the players coached by Miodrag Rajković will face Telenet Oostende, whose roster includes the well-known Zgorzelec player J.P. Prince. The American, a favourite of the Zgorzelec crowd last season, was one of the architects of the first Polish championship in the club’s history. The Belgian team also includes talented Polish national-team player Mateusz Ponitka. This game will be the first opportunity to take part in the Supporters’ School, welcome both of the basketball players mentioned above to PGE Turów Arena and give the Turów team our full support as it seeks another victory in the EuroCup.
The club has prepared a special offer for children and young people aged 5 to 16: tickets for the game cost 2 zlotys! The number of promotional tickets is limited. Tickets will be sold exclusively at the club’s headquarters (2 Maratońska Street) between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.. Organised groups are asked to contact Monika Listkiewicz by phone at: 697 700 775.
