The incident occurred on January 13. Two men came to a resident of Ścinawa (aged 24 and 34; both are residents of the Ścinawa municipality). They claimed that the man owed them money. They forcibly dragged him outside the building, then began beating and kicking him all over his body. Fortunately, the victim did not suffer serious injuries.
Witnesses notified the police. The attackers have already been detained. Both suspects now face up to three years in prison.
