“The Verdict” can be called the second part of the film “Eco-Mafia,” which was homework assigned to middle-school students. They enjoyed creating their own fictional films and decided to make a continuation of “Eco-Mafia.” “The Verdict” is a 50-minute feature film. More than 20 actors took part in it, and 20 people helped with its production.
The film tells a story set in 2034. The main character, Michał (Tomasz Cysewski), is with his girlfriend Ola (Hanna Druzgała) and attends a municipal high school. When he learns that a wanted notice has been issued for him and his friend Władek (Krzysztof Leszczyński), they both flee the school. At the same time, Lieutenant James Błażejowski (Przemysław Kania), known to everyone as Russian Major Dimitri Saranov, arrives in Bolesławiec. Saranov is a spy from England.
