The incident occurred on Friday, January 2, after 5:00 p.m., in an apartment on Chrobrego Street in Bolesławiec (opposite the grocery discount store). The fire broke out in a ground-floor unit. Firefighters led two elderly residents of the building outside and gave them oxygen.
The wood stored next to the tiled stove probably caught fire.
