The same will apply on January 2 and 5, 2015, days which school principals could designate as additional days off from classes.
Parents were informed about the organization of activities at educational institutions mainly during school meetings, as well as through messages sent via the electronic register and notices posted on bulletin boards and websites of the individual schools.
A total of 169 students expressed interest in taking part in activities during the Christmas break, accounting for approximately 3 percent of primary school students. In Legnica, such activities are being organized at all primary schools except Primary School No. 2, where no students signed up.
Młodzieżowe Centrum Kultury has prepared interesting activities for all interested children and young people. These include ballroom dancing workshops, English lessons, arts, singing, chess, reading, music, model-making and technical activities, as well as speech therapy consultations. They take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
