This year's campaign ended in a resounding success – a great deal of food was collected, along with cleaning supplies and clothing for a family in need. An iron, which was one of the family's more important needs, was also obtained.
Some students and parents donated Lego sets, a hair straightener, perfumes, jewelry, a football, notebooks, stuffed animals, bed linen, towels and other St. Nicholas Day gifts. Funds were also raised to purchase coal for heating, enabling the family to spend the holidays in a warm, family atmosphere.
The volunteers from Zespół Szkół Społecznych would like to sincerely thank all the students, their parents and the teachers for their kindness, and are already encouraging everyone to take part in preparing the Noble Gift Package next year!
