II Private Lower Secondary School in Bolesławiec has existed for 10 years. It is a school born of passion. For 10 years, we have run a sailing-profile class. A high standard of teaching combined with educating young people is our motto. Our goal is for students to speak several foreign languages. Our school gives students a sense of strong bonds with their peers, self-worth, determination and confidence. The school uses an electronic register that allows parents to view their child’s achievements online.
Students can choose two foreign languages from English, German and French (we are the only school in the city teaching French). A small school, inaccessible to outsiders. BEYOND SCHOOL
In addition to learning, free time is important. Our students take part in various activities: the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, film and photography classes, film and television production, artistic classes, as well as sailing camps, ski camps in the Czech Republic, sailing cruises on the Masurian lakes and the Mediterranean Sea, camps, rallies, horseback riding and more. And they achieve success: Maritime Competitions in Szczecin (third place in Poland in 2011, second in 2012, second in 2013), swimming relays, while also obtaining WOPR lifeguard, yacht sailing and motorboat helmsman qualifications.

BOLESŁAWIEC FILM SCHOOL
From September, young people will have the chance to enter the world of film and modern media, thanks to Bolesławiec Film School – the first lower secondary school of its kind in Poland! Our base is II Private Lower Secondary School in Bolesławiec, where future lower secondary students will be able to learn the secrets of film and television production from scratch, work behind the camera, test themselves in the demanding profession of a director, take care of sound and learn the essence of editing, which, as filmmakers say, can work wonders. Sounds great? Of course. Professional equipment, difficult for people outside the industry to access, will be part of everyday life for our school’s students. Film instructors who have experienced all its aspects firsthand will supervise them.
Directing and screenwriting, cinematography, editing and sound are just some of the subjects and classes our students will attend. In addition, during their studies, the young filmmakers will produce their own professional short film, which they will proudly present to their families and friends at an official premiere in a cinema.

The lower secondary school has the status of a public school.
The school office is open every day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
School objectives:
- A high standard of teaching, interesting teaching methods, small classes – individual desks,
- Mastery of two foreign languages, more teaching hours (four hours per language per week)
- Educating young people through a programme based on proven educational models: sailing, scouting and sports, giving young people the ability to work in a team, a sense of strong bonds with their peers, and developing personality, imagination, self-worth, determination and confidence,
