The dishes for the Easter table were prepared by first- and second-year students of the Basic Vocational School, specializing in catering cookery, at Powiatowy Zespół Szkół Specjalnych in Bolesławiec. Ewelina, Maciej, Irena, Anna, Barbara and Emilia prepared the dishes under the supervision of Lucyna Didyk.
The table featured eggs stuffed with ham and mushrooms, mixed-vegetable salads, ham rolls with nut and cheese filling, spring sandwiches, a sand cake and a platter of cold cuts. Homemade yeast-dough lambs were used for decoration. The students demonstrated great skill in setting and decorating the Easter table.
The meeting at Powiatowy Zespół Szkół Specjalnych was also attended by the manager, a teacher and residents of II Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy.
