Santa Claus will be waiting to meet children in the BOK-MCC lobby from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity for parents who want to make their child happy with a gift. Santa will hand out the presents, assisted by the Snow Maiden. Children will also have colouring sheets.
The galleries will feature Christmas exhibitions: Christmas arrangements by the FLORAND Floral Group in the BOK-MCC gallery and competition Christmas Nativity Scenes in the Długa Gallery.
During the St Nicholas Day weekend, Forum Cinema will screen the animated film “Big Hero 6”. Screenings will be available in digital and 3D versions. At the 12:15 p.m. screening, Santa will raffle off film-related gadgets among the youngest viewers. We also recommend the humorous family production “Get Santa”, in which a father and son join forces to save Christmas.
For older audiences, Forum will show the continuation of Harry and Lloyd’s adventures, “Dumb and Dumber To”, as well as the horror film “Jessabelle” and the film portrait of Czesław Niemen, “Sen o Warszawie”, the first major biographical film about an icon of Polish popular music.
St Nicholas Day at BOK-MCC is held as part of the event series “Wokół Gwiazdki Życzliwości”, which will take place on the Market Square on 19 December.
