The deadline for submitting applications for an award for promoting Bolesławiec is 31 December this year. Applications should be submitted to the secretariat of the City Hall (the town hall) or to the Customer Service Office (the office building at Piłsudskiego Square).
Awards are granted for outstanding achievements in artistic creativity, the dissemination and protection of culture, the development of science, as well as for outstanding results in sport and social initiatives contributing to the promotion of the city.
Applications for awards may be submitted by: the mayor; the City Council and its committees; cultural institutions, associations and creative unions; artistic agencies and socio-cultural associations; editorial offices of local newspapers, radio stations and television stations; publishing houses; educational institutions; scientific and scientific research associations and organizations; sports clubs, associations and organizations; social and local-government organizations; local governments, bodies and units of local governments.
