The ceremonial handover of the vehicle was carried out by the mayor Andrzej Grzmielewicz and municipal treasurer Bogumiła Wysocka. The purchase of the new vehicle was made possible thanks to the support of the Bogatynia municipality.
The assembly included ceremonial speeches and expressions of thanks. Andrzej Grzmielewicz was thanked for his commitment to implementing the project, as well as for supporting the firefighters
The new fire engine is equipped with high-quality gear that will increase the effectiveness of operations. During the ceremony, the vehicle was presented with its light and sound signals activated; guests also had the opportunity to see inside the engine.
The vehicle previously used by the firefighters was handed over to the members of the Volunteer Fire Service in Sieniawka.
The purchase of the vehicle is another investment that will improve safety in the City and Municipality of Bogatynia.
