Officers from the Criminal Department of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters established that the man wanted on arrest warrants had appeared in Bolesławiec County after a lengthy absence.
However, the arrest took place in Legnica County. The wanted man was staying at a restaurant located in a town neighboring our county.
The arrest warrants for the man were issued by the District Court in Wałcz and the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lidzbark Warmiński. The 55-year-old was also wanted by the Bolesławiec court.
The man, arrested in connection with property-related crimes, is to serve almost four years in prison. The sentence may be increased.
