Police officers from Kowary arrested a 35-year-old man suspected of possessing significant quantities of narcotic drugs. The arrest took place on November 2. At around 10:44 p.m., officers went to an apartment in Kowary in response to a call. The man's mother reported that her son had started a row. In the latter's room, the officers noticed boxes containing what later turned out to be marijuana.

The officers secured dried marijuana from which nearly 700 sale portions could have been obtained, as well as a scale and a grinder for shredding marijuana.

The 35-year-old was taken into police custody. Officers are currently investigating all the circumstances of the case in detail. They are checking where the drugs came from and whether the man was dealing them.

The detainee faces up to 10 years in prison.
