– People who would like to go to the polls but are not registered in a given municipality must visit the appropriate municipal office and submit an application to be added to the permanent voter register, together with a statement that they permanently reside in that municipality. The decision is issued within three days, so it will no longer be possible to be added to the register a day or two before voting – explain employees of the Civic Affairs Department of the Municipal Office in Lubin.
People who are added to the permanent voter register may vote exclusively in the municipality where they were added. If they ever wish to vote again in the locality where they are registered, they will have to submit an application at the relevant office to be entered into the permanent voter register again.
– It is possible to apply for inclusion in the register no later than three days before the elections, so that the relevant decision can be issued. Those interested may report to room 21 at any time and complete all the necessary formalities now – add employees of the Lubin municipal office.
The situation is analogous in the other municipalities of Lubin County. People who are not registered there but permanently reside there may visit the municipal offices of Rudna, Ścinawa or the Rural Municipality of Lubin and submit an application to be added to the permanent voter register.
