The competition evaluated innovative projects involving technical solutions and investments in environmental protection, as well as initiatives in the field of environmental education. In our city, these include: the construction of the Municipal Waste Neutralization Plant in Trzebień, the expansion and modernization of the sewage system and wastewater treatment plant, the modernization of the heating plant and heating network, and the activities of the Municipal Centre for Environmental Education. The certificate award ceremony was held on Friday at the Hotel Wiktoria in Warsaw. The distinction was accepted by Mayor Piotr Roman and Deputy Mayor Karol Stasik.
