We were informed about the incident by a reader. The accident occurred on September 29 (after 2:00 p.m.) at the turnoff to the Special Economic Zone for Small Businesses in Wykroty (Nowogrodziec municipality). According to the police’s preliminary findings, the 26-year-old Peugeot driver failed to yield to the 38-year-old Audi driver. A collision occurred, injuring three people.
The 26- and 38-year-olds were taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec. The Audi passenger was transported to a hospital in Zgorzelec.
Both female drivers are residents of Nowogrodziec municipality, and both were sober.
