The aim of the competition is to broaden district officers’ knowledge and improve their professional skills, particularly to increase the effectiveness of police activities that ensure a continuous improvement in the level of safety and public order in their assigned areas.
The provincial final was preceded by qualifiers in all counties and cities of Lower Silesia. District officer Albert Pruszyński defeated nearly 500 other officers. During the competition, participants were assessed on, among other things, their knowledge of regulations, proper completion of official documentation, ability to cope with difficult situations, and shooting skills.
