“Jeleniogórzanin bez barier” is a recurring competition announced every year by the President of Jelenia Góra in cooperation with the Powiatowa Społeczna Rada ds. Osób Niepełnosprawnych.
The aim of the competition is to promote the attitudes of people who overcome barriers and stereotypes concerning disability, people who can serve as role models for others.
Nominations can be submitted until the end of October this year. The competition will be decided in December.
