Police officers from the second police station in Jelenia Góra arrested a 21-year-old man suspected of damaging property. They determined that from January to March this year, the man most likely spray-painted several (officers counted 19) building facades in the city. The preliminary losses were estimated at over PLN 13,000.
The vandal left a distinctive inscription on the walls, which he also placed... on the wall of his own apartment.
The 21-year-old admitted to the offence. He explained that the need to paint graffiti was stronger than he was and that he could not stop himself. He now faces up to five years in prison.
