The 16-year-old was charged with murdering his 19-year-old brother. The tragedy occurred on Saturday, 6 September, on Friday, 5 September (information from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra) in Działoszyn (Bogatynia municipality), the news service Kontakt24.tvn24.pl reported.
Dariusz Kończyk, head of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Zgorzelec, confirmed to the Kontakt24 editorial team that a murder had occurred. He added that, due to the welfare of the juvenile perpetrator and the ongoing proceedings, he was not providing information about the circumstances or motives of the crime.
