On 1 September 2014, the President of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman presented documents confirming professional promotion to teachers from educational institutions run by the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The documents confirming professional promotion were received by: Beata Kozłowska from Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 2, Katarzyna Wierzejska from GS No. 2, Marta Pabisz from MZS No. 1, Iwona Orawiec from MZS No. 1, Angelika Kraśnicka from MZS No. 2, Magdalena Kiślak from Primary School No. 2, and Agnieszka Mikiciuk from GS No. 3.
The following women were appointed to director positions: Mariola Bakalarz (Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 1), Jolanta Mienculewicz (Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 4), Ewa Sokolińska (Municipal School Complex No. 1), and Maria Subik (Municipal Gymnasium No. 2).
A jubilee award for 20 years of service was received by Ewa Szachowicz, director of MPP No. 7, and Mariola Bakalarz, director of MPP No. 1. Barbara Dąbrowska-Bugaj, director of Primary School No. 3, received an award on the occasion of 30 years of service.
