The incident took place on September 1, before 11 p.m., in one of Lubin’s establishments. An 18-year-old man approached a Lubin resident and offered to sell him drugs. The man addressed replied that he was not interested. The teenager walked away dissatisfied, but returned after a while. A scuffle broke out, which after some time was joined by the attacker’s friend—a 38-year-old (the men had been drinking alcohol together).
Both attackers began punching and kicking the Lubin resident all over his body. Witnesses to the incident notified the police and prevented the pair of aggressors from fleeing.
The 18- and 38-year-olds (both are residents of Lubin) were taken into police custody. They now face a sentence of up to five years in prison.
