In the presence of standard-bearer units and uniformed classes, flowers will be laid at the symbolic graves of the victims of the war, and candles will also be lit. Chaplains will say a prayer for the Homeland and the preservation of peace in the world.
Veterans’ organisations, representatives of the city’s local authorities and uniformed services, representatives of national minorities, youth groups and the local community will attend the anniversary gathering.
