Those perpetual usufruct holders who decide to pay a one-off fee to convert the right of perpetual usufruct into ownership will receive discounts. At Wednesday’s session, the City Council adopted a resolution on granting the discount.

The amount of the discount will depend on the number of years the property has remained under perpetual usufruct. If the perpetual usufruct has lasted up to 5 years, the discount will be 50%. In the case of perpetual usufruct lasting from 5 to 20 years, the discount will be 70%. If the perpetual usufruct has lasted 20 years or more, the discount will be 90%.
