The renovation of sidewalks on Wałowa Street and the link between Kraszewskiego and Traugutta streets has been completed in Bolesławiec. The renovation of sidewalks on Jana Pawła II and Gałczyńskiego streets is currently underway. Work will also be carried out on Tysiąclecia Avenue, along the section from Spokojna Street to the entrance to the hospital grounds. The contractor is Gregobud from Bolesławiec. The cost of the works amounts to PLN 413,793. The funds come from the city budget.
Between June 30 and July 4, 2014, partial repairs to road surfaces were carried out in the city on streets including Graniczna, Marcinkowskiego, plac Pokoju, Okrzei, Niepodległości, Narutowicza, Jana Pawła II, Sadowa, Bankowa, Kościelna, Partyzantów, Zaułek Sasanek, Hutnicza and Łukasiewicza. In total, more than 225 m² of surface was renovated.
At Łukasiewicza Street, a raised pedestrian crossing (speed hump) was constructed. The road markings at this crossing are planned for July 11–12, after the surface has dried. Sidewalk repairs were carried out on Góralska Street and II Armii Wojska Polskiego Street, and the curb was replaced on Sadowa Street. Repairs to damaged road signs were carried out on Zabobrze, Hutnicza, Tysiąclecia, Piotra i Pawła and Zgorzelecka streets.
