During the “Our Idols” concert, participants in the Song Studio workshop led by Agata Pińczuk-Burdzy performed songs by their favorite popular-music artists. The large audience and the performers themselves had a wonderful time during the show.
Soloists and three vocal groups performed on stage: the children from “Błękitne nutki” presented songs from Majka Jeżowska’s repertoire; the young people from “Sound” sang “Jeśli kochać” by De Mono and “Sacrum” by Kasia Wilk and Mezo; and the women from “Gospel Sound” chose three gospel songs full of positive energy. The soloists from these groups—Bianka Pilitowska, Karolina Sikora, Tomasz Zawrotniak, Agata Lenda, Tomislav Pranić, Julia Pranić, Ala Myśliwiec, Marcelina Walenga, Justyna Scholz and Anna Lijewska—presented a varied repertoire. They chose songs by artists whose work inspires them, including Ewa Farna, Nirvana, Rihanna, Beyonce and Christina Aguilera.
The concert concluded with a performance by Agata Pińczuk-Burdzy, the workshop instructor, who presented the song “Miasteczko cud,” whose lyrics were written by Agnieszka Osiecka, the singer’s favorite songwriter.
This was the first full-cast concert by the Song Studio. Recruitment for the “Gospel Sound” group is still ongoing; the offer is aimed at women over 20.
