The Bolesławiec Tourist and Cultural Information Point is a place gladly visited by tourists and residents. Point staff Radosław Klimek and Ewa Chrobot provide information about cultural and sporting events in the city and surrounding area, as well as exhibitions, concerts and performances. They take registrations for various classes and workshops organised by BOK-MCC.
Anyone interested in sightseeing in Bolesławiec can find information here about the most interesting places, tourist trails and historic monuments. Point staff sell albums, plans and tourist maps of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area, as well as EURO-NYSA tickets.
Plans of Bolesławiec, leaflets listing accommodation and dining options, and leaflets about tourist attractions in the city and region are available at the point.
Ceramic products can now also be purchased at the Tourist and Cultural Information Point at producer prices. The permanent offer includes products from the region’s largest ceramics manufacturers, associated with the Bolesławiec Ceramic Brotherhood. The offer includes functional and decorative ceramics, as well as jewellery decorated with basic patterns (stamps) and unique, hand-painted designs.
The Tourist and Cultural Information Point at BOK-MCC holds the highest rating of four stars in the certification system of the Polish Tourist Information System (Lower Silesian Tourist Organisation).
