The final stage of the competition was reached by 51 students from primary and lower secondary schools. The participants had to tackle challenging tasks. They completed a test on art knowledge and demonstrated their ability to identify paintings, sculptures and architectural objects based on photographs. Particular emphasis was placed on knowledge of the historic monuments of the Bolesławiec region.

Among primary-school students, first place was won by Krzysztof Ostrowski (Primary School in Kruszyn); second place was awarded ex aequo to Dawid Konieczny (Primary School in Nowogrodziec) and Paweł Herdzik (Primary School in Nowogrodziec); third place went to Szymon Biegała (Primary School in Kruszyn). Honourable mentions were awarded to Paweł Patreusz (Primary School in Nowogrodziec) and Aleksandra Dobies (Primary School No. 5 named after Aleksander Janowski in Bolesławiec).

In the lower-secondary-school category, the winner was Klaudia Dzedzej (Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 1 in Bolesławiec), second place went to Karolina Domańska (Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 3 in Bolesławiec), and third place to Patrycja Boluk (Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 3 in Bolesławiec). Honourable mentions were awarded to Ilona Czyżewska (Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 3 in Bolesławiec) and Julia Suchecka (First Private Lower Secondary School in Bolesławiec). Congratulations to all the laureates!

The Tournament is organised by Muzeum Ceramiki, the District Centre for Education and Staff Training, and Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 3. As usual, the final was held at the castle in Kliczków, and an additional attraction for the participants was a guided tour of the castle’s interiors.
