The 10th edition of the “Learning to Live Safely” competition, organized by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the Association of Polish Municipalities of Euroregion Nysa, took place on April 10 in Jelenia Góra. The aim of the competition is to test the practical skills of children and young people related to behaving in situations posing a threat to health or life.
The students were assessed by professionals: paramedics, police officers, firefighters and municipal guards. The children from preschool class A at Primary School No. 2 (MZS No. 3 in Bolesławiec) took first place and received the title of Euroregion Nysa Champion in Safety Education.
The school was represented by: Olga Bajer, Jacek Garmider and Jakub Mazur. The team advanced to the voivodeship stage, which will take place at the end of May in Wrocław.
