The Orzeł cinema screened four films by amateur filmmakers from Bolesławiec and the surrounding area on Saturday: "peron B" and "Koniec Muru", produced by Bolesławiec.org, and "The west of the Sun" and "Komisariat 69" by the Royal Flush Entertainment group.

The films competed for the Audience Award (200 zlotys). The viewers (92 votes were cast) liked "Komisariat 69" the most. The other places went to: "Koniec Muru", "peron B" and "The west of the Sun".

The screenings will continue next Saturday, November 26. That day, viewers will have the opportunity to see the premiere screening of the latest film produced by Boleslawiec.org – "Sen", directed by Przemysław Filipowicz.

The following productions will compete on November 26: "Poszukiwacze punktu G" (Royal Flush Entertainment), "Fikszyn" and "Sen" (Przemysław Filipowicz), and "Usłyszeć szczęście" (Jacek Kupczak and Jacek Osłoński). The animations "Śnieg" and "Temperufka" (Marek Straszak) will also be presented.

The productions will be evaluated by a jury consisting of: Wojciech Augustyniak (artistic director of the Szorty.pl film portal), Maciej Mikurda (president of the Wrofilm Film Association) and Ewa Zbroja (director of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre). The main prize is 1,000 zlotys.

The festival of independent films is organized by the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre. Grażyna Ferensowicz is the project manager.
