Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested a 26-year-old resident of Gmina Bolesławiec. At his property, they found 13 cannabis plants. The plants, approximately 100 centimetres tall, were located in the basement. In a cabinet he had built himself, the 26-year-old created suitable conditions for growing the plants, including special lighting and ventilation.
The man pleaded guilty. He had previously been convicted of drug-related offences. He now faces up to 3 years in prison.
